To avoid delivery issues, always provide your full shipping address, including: Flat/House Number Wing/Building Name Society Name Area & Landmark.

We are currently offering free shipping on orders above Rs 499.

Our standard Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are Rs 50 per order. This is non refundable. We may run offers from time to time offering free COD on certain orders but the same will not be refunded in case of returns/exchange. We are currently offering free COD on orders above Rs 499.

Returns Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. .

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@ilvanya.com. Upon confirmation that your request meets the requirements for a valid return, we will arrange a pick up of the product. In case the pin code is not eligible for pick up or if there is any other concern, we would contact you via email.
