We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at care@ilvanya.com. Upon confirmation that your request meets the requirements for a valid return, we will arrange a pick up of the product. In case the pin code is not eligible for pick up or if there is any other concern, we would contact you via email.
Please note that there is only one time replacement policy for all eligible products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging. If the package appears damaged upon receipt, please note the damage in the courier’s delivery remarks and take a picture of the same to send it to us.
If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, Ilvanya is not liable for refunds/replacement of such products.
Lost in Transit
For items lost during shipping, Ilvanya issues a refund once the shipping status confirms the item is lost.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as innerwear, masks, accessories, boxers), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Shipping/Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable. We waive the shipping charges of Rs 50 onwards for every order over Rs 500. The same will not be refunded in case of returns/refunds.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, special offers/discount offers (such as buy x get y free) and gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
