Estimated Delivery Timelines

Shipping timelines are estimates based on past performance. Orders are usually processed for shipping within 1-3 days . Delivery takes 2-5 days depending on the pin code.

97% of orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe. 

Delays may occur during festive seasons, unfavorable weather, local disturbances, or due to operational issues like power outages or equipment malfunctions.

Please place orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping delays are not grounds for cancellation.

We work with all the top logistics companies for shipping. In case your pin-code is not serviced by them, the order is shipped through India Post.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

Shipping and COD Charges

We are currently offering free shipping on orders above Rs 499.

Our Standard Shipping fees for prepaid orders is Rs 65 per 500 gms. This is non-refundable. We may run offers from time to time offering free shipping but the same will not be refunded in case of returns/exchange. 

Our standard Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are Rs 50 per order. This is non refundable. We may run offers from time to time offering free COD on certain orders but the same will not be refunded in case of returns/exchange. We are currently offering free COD on orders above Rs 499.

We may run offers in certain payment methods from time to time, for eg on prepaid payment purchases. Any cash back for these offers is subject to the successful acceptance and not return of the product. In case of returns/exchanges we reserve the right to deduct reclaim the cash back amount. We are currently offering 5% cash back on prepaid orders. The cash back will be given as store credit. In case you wish to receive it back via payment method then 50% of it will be given to you via the payment method chosen.
